Company Bodies
Owner of Niedersachsen Ports is the State of Niedersachsen, both, as limited partner and sole shareholder of the general partner GmbH. Bodies of the company are the supervisory board and the shareholder meeting. The shareholder meeting is manned and provided by the Ministry of Finance of Niedersachsen.
