This website is partially in compliance with the requirements of the Ordinance on Barrier-Free Information Technology (Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung/BITV 2.0). This is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, compliance level AA.
Content that is not accessibility-compliant:
- Some embedded pdf documents are not accessibility-compliant. Going forward, these documents will undergo revision.

Arbitration Process:
If you are not satisfied with the answers obtained from the aforementioned way of contact, you may petition to have an arbitration process initiated by the arbitration board that was established at the State Representative for People with Disabilities (Landesbeauftragte für Menschen mit Behinderungen) in the State of Niedersachsen, pursuant to Niedersachsen´s Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities Act (Niedersächsisches Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz/NBGG).
Pursuant to sec. 9 d of the NBGG, the arbitration board is tasked with settling disputes between people with disabilities and public entities of the State of Niedersachsen regarding barrier-free IT access. The arbitration process is free of charge. You do not have retain legal counsel.
